Now that research suggests a Western Diet also known as Standard American Diet, creates cognitive decline, heart related illness, diabetes, neurodegeneration. We aim to educate our members (citizens) on the benefit of nutrition and fitness as a tool for the prevention of a decline in physical and mental health. With our approach we are enriching the wellbeing and transforming society one mind, one body and one person at a time.
Chris's father was hospitalized on January 17th 2021 due to a near death experience & was diagnosed with congestive heart failure & type 2 Diabetes. No choice but to make life changing decisions. Chose to eat to live, rather than living to eat.
By the end of 2021 Drew Senior lost 125+ lbs. Started with a customized nutritional regimen paired with walks that gradually increased in intensity.
With the commitment to a health and wellness lifestyle his underlying health conditions have completely resolved.
The Rhodes family joined the Fyt Society in June of 2021. Scott made the decision for his family that a healthier lifestyle was necessary for he and his wife to grow old with thier child while also inspiring thier 12 year old daughter to live a happy healthy lifestyle.

Like so many people, Kim and I have battled weight issues all our lives. The issues with weight have been more than just physical - they have been emotional as well never feeling free in our own skin to just live. Struggles with even finding clothes are daily real life issues for people with weight issues. In June of this year I reached out to Chris Drew to learn what he had done for his dad Rod - a long time friend of over 30 years...
